Any recommendations for a Denver area Eviction lawyer?

Hi everyone!  Well my first renter ever has been a hit!  I assumed them when I bought the house and now have 13 cars in the yard, every appliance is broken, no utilities have been paid in over 6 months and their lease is up 1/8/24 and they have no where to go - I hope that I can only go uphill from here!  Please recommend an Attourney in the Denver area so I can take the next steps.  I am hoping to ultimately do a cash for keys, but certainly want to get the legal proceedings started.  Thank you!

Did one with Franscona earlier this year. Tschetter had some class action against them at the time.

@Steve K. Cash for keys sometimes works and can be cheaper than an eviction. I've gone that route a few times. We did it a TON during the foreclosure days.
