STR Managing company for upstate NY
Just bought a single family in upstate NY (Maybrook), and I am considering doing STR at least until the spring when it is a better time to list .
I am looking for an STR managing company to do it A-Z, any suggestions or pre-cautions welcome

Hey @Ben Taub, so you are looking at investing maybe 20k or more on getting it ready to STR.
I don't think it is worth spending that cash plus dealing with all the stuff you just put into it for a few months of STR revenue.
I agree with @John Underwood on a short LTR. At least you will mitigate some carrying costs without spending to outfit a proper STR.
