Hi everyone,

My name is Madeleine, long-time lurker and first time poster :) 

I've been living in Vancouver, BC but am moving back to my hometown of Sacramento, CA in March. I'll be looking to purchase my first home which I'm hoping to househack . Excited to get started. 

I've been working for a boutique real estate development & property management company for the past two years, leading resident engagement. Happy to chat about community engagement, resident retention & satisfaction initiatives if anyone is interested in that.
