Looking for a cost segregation study for my Virginia Property.

Hello, we are looking for a CPA specialized in Real estate. We would like a Cost Segregation Study for a single Family property purchased in 2019 in Chesterfield County VA. The property is currently used as a rental. We need somebody that is able to work with an investor from out of state as we are currently in SWFL. We do have another property down in Miami-Dade, but the primary for the study will be the Virginia house.

Any advice on who? or experiences of your own?

CPAs do not conduct cost segregation studies. We incorporate the results of cost segregation studies into your tax returns.

Some of the cost segregation companies that work nationwide are run by @Bernard Reisz, @Yonah Weiss and @Julio Gonzalez. Reach out to them.
