Got another property under contract for 28k. 3 exit strategies. First sell it thru the MLS for about 48K( i sold several in the same area). Second fix it and rented( will take other 30K to finished. House is a 3/1 that will rent for $900.00). Thrid owner to finance to a spanish contractor with good down payment around 10k-15k ( i did 12 of those this past year).
