MTR Partner or Purchase Louisville, KY

I currently have a 2/2 house located in Camp Tayler suburb of Louisville, KY. I have it set up as a Midterm rental and listed on AirBNB and FurinshedFinders. I have accepted a new W2 job relocating my family to Florida this summer. The house is currently rented out all of 2024 except the months of June, November, December. We have also achieved Superhost status on AirBNB from our 2023 guest. I am reaching out to see If these details interest anyone in a purchase of the house, or a partnership. I would offer the services of running the Calander and guest, while the partner would be in charge of Maintenace/repairs as needed to the house.
