I currently have a 2/2 house located in Camp Tayler suburb of Louisville, KY. I have it set up as a Midterm rental and listed on AirBNB and FurinshedFinders. I have accepted a new W2 job relocating my family to Florida this summer. The house is currently rented out all of 2024 except the months of June, November, December. We have also achieved Superhost status on AirBNB from our 2023 guest. I am reaching out to see If these details interest anyone in a purchase of the house, or a partnership. I would offer the services of running the Calander and guest, while the partner would be in charge of Maintenace/repairs as needed to the house. If anyone is interested in more specific details, please DM.

Raymond Thank you for the advise. The rate is secondary compared to the mortgage payment and down payment.

Hey Mickey, not sure what the 50/50 means in your day-to-day life, but Melbourne to Fort Lauderdale is a 2+ hour drive.
Finding a home with creative financing is tough, any reason you're trying to go this route?
Scott, I will only need to travel when there is a new job. This typically happens 1 or 2 times a week at most. So, most of my time I will be working from home. Yes I do know the travel is about a 2 hour commute but the prices in Broward County for a home to house my family are too expensive.

I am not trying to accomplish anything other than taking advantage of some other homeowner's low interest rate rather than me purchasing a home with a 7% rate. But the more I am studying the market in Florida the house we are looking at are selling for the same price I will be selling my home in KY.

I have recently accepted a new job working 50% remote and 50% at Hospitals near Broward County. I will be selling my home in June when our kids finish school and then relocate to Florida.
