New Agent looking for brokerage firm

Hello All,

I'm a new Agent in Virginia looking for somewhere to place my license.  I would prefer a brokerage that is investor friendly as that is a big area of interest for me as well.  I'm open to a cloud based brokerage and have been looking into Exp Realty.  Unfortunately not sure how to find a good sponsor.  Any suggestions?  Or what are some things I should be focusing on to weigh my options.  Any help is appreciated.

I've been with eXp for 6 years after 15 years with a traditional brokerage-  I've sponsored dozens of agents across 10 different states whom I support in growing their business.  I'm licensed in Virginia, as well as DC, MD & NV and would be happy to have a conversation to see if you might be the right fit.  As an investor myself, eXp works for me! @Latoya Pryor
