Meeting up with investors in Delaware

Hello fellow investors, I recently this year just started on my journey of real estate investing and in the process of finding my first property. I am aware of the monthly Delreia meeting each month, but I would love to create another meet up with any newbie investors and experienced investors to work partner up and or compare notes.
