Rental Property Management Company Ghosted Clients
Hello -
My rental property is currently with a company that has shut its doors without notifying any of the clients. We are unable to get a hold of anyone and our properties are still listed on VRBO and Airbnb with the company. What steps do we take to get it removed so we can re-list our property?

@Nichole Rich Byrne have you reached out to the listing platforms ? Ask them what documents they need to delist the property. Was the listing agent licensed?
