I am interested in purchasing my first STR. I have been investing for 20 plus years in long term rentals and want to purchase my first STR for greater cash flow and appreciation. If you are doing STR in Raleigh I would love to hear how you got started, how the cash flow is and any recommendations you can share that can help me get started. Thanks!
