Security Deposit for Lease for 1 year in advance.

Hi there 

I have my first rental and it is rented for August 2024-July 2025. I am targeting college students. There is a student interested in renting for 2025/26 school year.  How do I handle the security deposit? Do I have them put down the same amount or decreased amount since it is so far in the future?
