Property Manager/GC experience in Columbus, Oh
I am expanding into the Columbus market and looking for a property manager that also can perform GC duties. Based on my experience in other markets this has been the best model.
I was hoping some people could share real experiences/recommendations for the Columbus area.

Some PMs do GC projects as well but it is going to be more expensive than hiring your own GC. What level of rehabs were you planning on doing? @Brent Morrison
