I am a Financial Literacy/Government teacher in Central Ohio but love investing in real estate.
Currently own 6 doors across Ohio and Alabama. I have done several flips along the way. Looking to BRRRR or flip in Ohio, Indiana and Alabama.

The level will vary but it would start very cosmetic and potentially grow into more extensive based on the experience.

I am expanding into the Columbus market and looking for a property manager that also can perform GC duties. Based on my experience in other markets this has been the best model.
I was hoping some people could share real experiences/recommendations for the Columbus area.
