How do you verify that tenants have insurance?

I know for a fact that a good number of my tenants have been faking/cancelling renter's insurance soon after getting approved for the lease. What are some ways I can verify that tenants are protected throughout the entire lease?

Tell them you need to be listed as additional insured and then you get copied if they have it from insurance company

Its actually called "interested party" but you need to be listed as this on their policy and they will send you mail notifications

You should be added as an Additional Interest so that you receive notification of cancellation.
