Need loan for apartment complex

Hi I'm new to this but have a goal on how to get the money to pay you back from getting a 30 or 40 unit apartment complex and renting rooms,I'm also looking for a lender who is willing to do a no down payment and credit check as I have no money at the moment only the money to pay rent and bills but I promise with this investment you will get your money back if your willing to help me please contact me thank you

Why not look into house hacking or starting on smaller 1-4 unit deals first?
