How some brokerages are using an AI agent to extract leads ?

One common complaint in real estate from homebuyers is the difficulty in getting timely responses by busy agents thus major real estate brokerages use chatbots to extract leads and qualify them. The agent is capable of answering questions about the brokerages, properties, market and it also takes their personal information so a human can contact them later.

It’s funny because you say what the complaint is. No timely human responses. Then go on to say what the advantage to the brokerage is for not answering. (Qualifying and collecting data.)

There’s zero chance I’m talking to the AI-bot if I need timely info. I’m punching the zero button over and over and yelling operator. I’d pry give it 3-5 seconds before hanging up and calling someone else that can help me.

But. Does anyone really call the brokerage anymore? I can’t remember the last time I called any realtor anywhere but on their cellphone. Now if that sent me to an AI bot I’d try a text before moving on to a new realtor.

There needs to be a standard give up and connect a real human command for all phone based AI. I’ve been caught in two AI death loops thsi month. Albertsons grocery store and Xfinity Cable. Both insisted you talk to the AI before a human. Both AI systems said “Sorry, I can’t help you with that…” and dumped me right back to the beginning saying you must talk to the AI before a human will be bothered dealing with you.

I would love to thise available for Bankers and Loan officers!  I would love to have more quality leads and be able to talk to more people looking to buy a home and save more money!  I find it hard in todays market to find good leads that are not sold 5 or more times and are aggravated due to excessive calls.

This caused me to stop buying leads but there are a lot of good people out there looking to save money and talk to someone who can get them approved without the hassle.

Do you know if that platform exists for that type of lead?
