Anyone investing in Charlotte, NC?

Hello everyone, my name is Ophir. I’ve been doing real estate for about 3 years now and I’ve really fallen in love with the process, especially closing deals. Lately, I’ve been looking into Charlotte as a possible place to invest. The city seems to be growing fast with a strong job market and solid rental demand. Prices have gone up quite a bit though. Just wondering if anyone here has experience investing in Charlotte, good or bad. What neighborhoods do you like? Anything to watch out for? Thanks in advance!

I hope you're doing great. I've definitely noticed many people investing in Charlotte with North Carolina growing steadily. The growth has stimulated their economy, creating lots of jobs and housing in certain areas. However, this has also necessitated a need for asset protection. If you have not done so already, I would recommend looking into LLCs and Trusts as you begin to look at investments and potential deals, whether long term rentals or developments.
