Investor-friendly Title/Escrow Companies

Hey guys, 

I'm looking for a title/escrow company that is familiar with the wholesaling process and doesn't treat it like a crime. Ive reached out to a small handful of local companies and reception has been cold, to put it nicely. Anyone mind sharing which company they use? I'd really appreciate it.
