Arizona Investor Friendly Real Estate Agents?

Hi everyone. I am going to invest in a 2 - 4 unit in the metro Phoenix or other metro city area. I'm an out of state investor and need a good realtor that specializes in working with investors. I will have the property for STR.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd recommend you not just look for an investor-friendly agent, as there are a lot of those, but look for a realtor that knows Airbnb. The STR laws are different, the revenue numbers are different, and you need someone who knows that niche.

(Or so says me, an STR-focused realtor in Colorado ... ;))
