Renting to military room by room?

I have a property in the "military city" in between 2 military bases. Any advice or recommendations anyone can give when renting room by room to military personnel? It is a four bedroom house.

I've never done it but just be aware that if they get deployed or relocated they can break the lease with no consequence. It's completely fine but just think about potential turnover and what that might look like.

Also find out what's important to them. Maybe storage for their equipment for example.
