STR Tax loop hole and Tiny Homes

Want to create an Airbnb. Thinking about purchasing land and placing a prefab tiny home on it. There are higher end ones that start at about 100k. Am I able to do cost segregation on a tiny home and if so what % would I expect to get from it.
