We're transitioning our primary residence to our first long-term rental. For managing rental income and expenses, we're wondering about the best checking account setup. We currently bank with Capital One. Should we use our existing account and open a separate new account specifically for the rental, or should we open an account at a different bank altogether?

Posting in bigger pockets as it is an application for real estate. Hoping someone is here that has a knowledge of both real estate and application development that will be able to assist. Hoping you may also have experience with large language model as well. Please let me know if interested.

Looking at Greenville, NC to purchase primary home. There has been a lot of new builds being done in the area without much of a significant upward trend in population or job market. Not sure if I am missing something and cant see why they are building so many houses.
