Hey everyone,
I haven’t been here in a while, but I’m back and ready to seriously start investing.
I’m an investor based in Suffern New York, and I’m currently looking to invest out of state and eventually turn this into my full-time business.
Right now, I’m focused on two markets:
Indianapolis, IN and Toledo, OH, mainly for BRRRR and fix & flip opportunities.
I’m in the process of building my team and would love to connect with investors, wholesalers, agents, contractors, or property managers who are active in these markets and have experience doing deals there.
My goal is to learn from people who are already successful in these areas and build the right local team to start executing deals the right way.
