DCSR Lenders Info

I have been talking to several DSCR Lenders and it seems their rates and fees have a very wide range. From 7%-10% rate and $3,000 - $10,000+ Fees.

Does anyone have a recomendation for a DSCR Lender that they are happy with their Rate and Fees?

Who usually has better Rate and Fees, brokers or direct lenders?

Also, do lenders ever negotiate down their fees?

Any information on this would be helpfull.

Thank You

Who are you talking to? That is offering you 10% interest rate on a DSCR loan? That’s either predatory lending or something We’re not understanding and missing information on the story. Average DSC rates are in the midday sevens depending on the LTV, credit score, and rent amount. On average, you will see brokers charge anywhere between 2% and 3% origination points - if not, lender paid!
