Looking to Passively Invest in My First Syndication (Bay Area CA Investor)

Diana DiMatteo
Posted

Hi everyone! I’m a real estate agent based in the Bay Area, currently working with investors on off-market and value-add opportunities.

I’m at the beginning stages of building my own real estate investing journey and am eager to start getting involved in syndications, both to learn and to begin investing passively.

I’m focused on understanding how experienced operators structure deals, evaluate risk, and build successful partnerships over time. I want to be intentional about learning the right way from those who are actively doing this at a high level.

Through my work, I’ve also built relationships with a number of active investors, and I’m excited to continue growing in this space while surrounding myself with the right people.

If you’re currently involved in syndications or raising capital, I’d love to connect, learn more about your approach, and hear how you got started.

Appreciate any insights or connections. Thank you!

Agent here too. Just buy a class A or B 3-4 unit. You know the market and can manage it well, will also help you relate to your own clients. I live in a pricey market too and my 4 unit I lived in for few years now cash flows very high. The syndications often flop out with total losses especially ones that let smaller new investors to join.
