Inquiry about funding for my real estate invedtment in Kenya

Hi BP community.I am new here.I was reffered to you for possible solutions to my current issue.I started my commercial investment journey back in 2024 following a loan of Kes 13 with a promise of 2M top up.However, due to reasons which I cannot disclose here, the lender declined the top up.Meanwhile, I now face an imminent danger of distress sale as the project compring of 8 units apartments has stalled yet i need to start repaying my loan from the proceeds of rent.I am here to seek advice from any well wishers on how I can get a solution to my stalemate.
