    Hey Amado!

    Since you're investing from Tampa, you might want to check out Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene. It's a solid resource for anyone buying property out of state.

    One thing the book really emphasizes is having a strong local team, like a Realtor, contractor, lender, and property manager. It makes a big difference when you're investing from another state.
