Looking for a hungry agent who works with investors

I’m looking for a hungry agent in the Las Vegas area to help me find investment properties for with a fix and flip and/or an assisted living home (10 beds- but I can renovate the property to meet this count). I’m looking for a total of 3 properties in Las Vegas. Must live locally.
