Experienced Investor New to Ohio and Seeking Network and Deals

Hi - I'm looking for some boots on the ground to help build a network in Ohio. I'm interested in SFR and 2-4 unit properties in any condition for either fix/flip or buy/rehab/hold. I'll also collab on deals or provide short term private loans. NOTE: I'm located out of state but will be in and out to help establish a team.

    Hey Alex, I'm in Columbus. My team and I cold call for off-market deals across multiple Ohio markets. I have a graded map of the state that breaks down areas by investment potential. It helps to get a feel for where to focus, especially coming in from out of state.
