Hi Derek,

I'm a licensed RE managing broker in Indianapolis.  In the biz for over 20 years.  I MAY be selling my quad in the upcoming couple of months.  Need to talk to my CPA about some "stuff" before selling my 4-unit.  But anyway, 90% of my business is working with out-of-state investors.  So I would be glad to assist in your purchase in the meantime.  Also have a pm team available.
