New Here – Remote Investor Looking to Connect in Indy!

My name is Hay Binyamin and I'm excited to finally introduce myself here. I'm an out-of-state investor laser-focused on building a BRRRR rental portfolio in Indianapolis, IN — remotely.

I'm currently in the learning and researching phase, analyzing Indy neighborhoods, and getting serious about taking my first steps. Indianapolis checks all the boxes for me: strong cash flow potential, landlord-friendly laws, steady population growth, and a price point that makes the numbers work. I'm in it for the long game.

Here's what I'm actively looking for:

- agents  who work with investors and are comfortable with out-of-state investors.

- Wholesalers who work the Indianapolis market and are comfortable with out-of-state investors

- Reliable contractors and property managers in Indy with experience working with remote owners

- Mentors and experienced Indianapolis investors willing to share what's worked (and what hasn't)
