Leather or Fabric sofa

Posted

I would love experiences with leather vs fabric sofa/sectional.  I am getting a 1bed/1bath cabin in the Smoky's ready.  I am leveling it up for a more Lux couple cabin.  I am leaning toward a nice leather queen sleeper sofa ($3500-4000) so it will be easier to clean etc than fabric.  My husband is saying I shouldn't spend so much money on a leather couch....but I want it to be nice and not cheap.

So I thought I would post and see what experienced STR property owners have to say about it.

As always...thanks for the input.  I hope to be able to give back to the community when I get a little experience under my belt :)

Leather for sure, cleans up easily, can buff out light scratches, if you are dog friendly, dog hair wont stick to it. Look for a used sofa to save.
