Looking to Transition into Commercial Real Estate Lending

Hi everyone, my name is Terry and I’m based in Southern California. Over the past several years I’ve been involved in commercial real estate transactions from the borrower side, working  closely with lenders, underwriters, title companies, attorneys, appraisers, contractors, and insurance professionals.

Those experiences sparked a genuine interest in commercial real estate lending. I'm actively pursuing a career in the industry and wanted to introduce myself to the BiggerPockets community.
