I get a decent number of wholesale deals crossing my desk as a broker, and volume feels a little inconsistent lately — some weeks a handful of solid ones, other weeks pretty quiet. Wondering if that's a Nashville-specific thing or if wholesalers in other markets are seeing similar ebbs and flows right now. Also curious how buyers are feeling about wholesale pricing lately given where rates and rehab costs are.
