STR umbrella insurance

Hey all, 

We are considering closing in an ARM rather than a DSCR loan for our STR. This will make us close the property in our personal names rather than our LLC. Does anyone have advice on which sort of umbrella policies cover STRs? As we look, it's seems like most exclude them.

I have not heard of anyone using an ARM in a long time. A lot of people in over their heads with an ARM. Why are you choosing this type mortgage?
