Any investors in Norfolk area who can recommend agents.(I am military)

I am looking for agents to help me find a multi-family to house-hack, to also help me get the best loan using VA loan, and start getting cash-flow immediately, to help me find property managers, contractors, etc. I have VA loan so zero down and have at least $10k for repairs and $5k for reserves. Looking for investors in the Norfolk area to connect with and help each other find deals
