Hey everyone, excited to be part of this community

I'm Bryan, based in Lawrence, MA. My background is in property management and I actually started my own property maintenance and asset operations company, so I've spent years in the trenches with owners, tenants, vendors, and the day to day reality of keeping buildings running.

Now I'm working on getting my real estate license, with the goal of becoming an agent who actually understands investors and builders, not just someone who lists houses. I want to help people find deals that make sense on paper and understand what it actually takes to operate a property once the sale closes.

I'm also really interested in wholesaling and would love to connect with anyone doing that around Greater Boston, the North Shore, or the Merrimack Valley. If you're a wholesaler, investor, builder, or just someone further along this path than me, I'd genuinely love to learn from you, grab coffee, or just trade notes.
