New to real estate. Ready to learn!
Hello everyone! I am new to the world of investing in real estate. I am interested in buying Land, fix and flips and rental properties. I don't currently own any properties but I did start a LLC in hopes of getting the process started. I need some pointers on where to get started and how to build my team.

First you decide what your goal is. Such as buy a house for your family, supplement your monthly income, replace your income entirely, have a side hobby.
Then you figure out what kind of investor you want to be, such as a landlord, a flipper, a lender, a wholesaler, a STR operator, a multi-family 1 -4 owner or a multi-family 65 – 200 units, a foreclosure expert, land speculator, tax lien specialist, probates, commercial, to name a few.
I have a list that explains the pros and cons of each. Just DM me. Anyone can, there is no charge for it.
Then you figure your timeline based on current market, available funds, available time other considerations.
Once you’ve decided on those, the real fun begins. You’ve then got focus and are on your way to success. It’s usually the most important to start out knowing where you want to end up. That doesn’t mean you won’t change direction, but as they say “it’s a lot easier to steer a moving car”.
