New Investor in SF Bay Area, CA hoping to flip and gain lost capital
Hi folks, I'm newish to investing. I tried my hand at a BRRRR in Concord, CA but am getting raked over the coals on the property and am selling at a significant loss. I'm hoping to flip some properties either in CA or out of state to build back my lost capital.
I tried looking at Cleveland, OH (even visited in person) but got cold feet and couldn't make the plunge. I imagine I would prefer flipping over buying-and-holding for now (esp in CA given strong tenant protection), but am open.
It's pretty clear I made some early mistakes, but hoping to learn and grow from them.
