Not every property needs to chase weekend travelers.
When we think about short-term rentals, it's easy to focus on the typical weekend guest.
But depending on the market and property, there may be strong demand from other types of travelers:
• Traveling professionals
• Relocating employees
• Families between homes
• Medical travelers
• Project workers
• Guests dealing with temporary housing needs
These guests may need a property for weeks or even months rather than just a weekend.
And that changes the strategy.
Your pricing may need to change.
Your minimum-stay strategy may change.
Your marketing message may change.
Even the amenities you highlight can change.
Instead of only asking:
“How do I get more weekend bookings?”
Ask:
“Who else needs this property?”
A property that struggles to compete for weekend demand may perform differently when positioned for a longer-stay audience.
The key is understanding your market before deciding which guest segment to pursue.

I see you posted a problem with no solution.
So to fix your problem you would need to market to these other groups of week day travelers.
Also lower your week day prices to encourage people to also look these dates.
Look at your minimum night stay on your week days. I personally never go lower than 2 days as a minimum.
