Acquisition Manager Looking to Connect With Active Real Estate Investment Companies

I've spent the last several years working heavily in real estate acquisitions, and I'm interested in connecting with more companies, investors, and acquisition teams that are actively growing their portfolios.

My experience includes residential, multifamily, and commercial acquisitions, along with business/M&A opportunities involving businesses backed by real estate. My day-to-day work has included sourcing opportunities, underwriting, communicating with brokers and property owners, negotiating terms, submitting LOIs/offers, reviewing P&Ls and operating performance, working through creative structures, and maintaining acquisition pipelines.

One thing I've learned is that I genuinely enjoy the acquisition side of the business. Give me the acquisition criteria/buy box, let me understand what you're trying to accomplish, and I enjoy going into the market and finding opportunities that fit.

Most of my experience has been through independent/1099 and performance-based acquisition relationships. At this stage, I'm particularly interested in connecting with established investment companies that have a need for an experienced W-2 Acquisition Manager or Acquisition Associate, although I'm still open to the right performance/commission-based relationship if the opportunity, infrastructure, and acquisition mandate make sense.

I'm not looking to completely change directions or learn acquisitions from scratch. I'm looking to bring the experience I've already developed into the right organization, continue growing, and produce.

I'm based in Minnesota and have experience working remotely across multiple U.S. markets.

If you're actively acquiring and building out your acquisition team—or simply think there may be some alignment—I'd be interested in connecting and talking shop.
