We're actively expanding our inventory relationships in Birmingham and surrounding markets. Our team at S8 Acquisition works with a network of 300+ active real estate investors, including investors focused on rental acquisitions, affordable housing, and Section 8 opportunities.

We'd like to connect with local professionals who already have access to good inventory.

That includes agents, brokers, wholesalers, property managers, FSBO sellers, portfolio owners, and direct-to-seller operators.

We're interested in SFRs, small multifamily, stabilized rentals, value-add opportunities, off-market properties, wholesale inventory, and portfolios.

No Paying for Investor Leads

Our partners do not pay per lead to access S8's investor clients.

Instead, we establish an agreeable standard partnership/referral fee with our inventory sources that is earned when a transaction successfully closes.

This allows partners to introduce qualifying inventory to an established investor network without having to purchase individual buyer leads along the way.

We're interested in building repeatable relationships with partners who consistently see Birmingham investment opportunities.
