Does anyone have experience working with HYVA LLC (Stay Narami)?

Curious if anyone has experience working with HYVA LLC (DBA Stay Narami)? I received an inquiry on Furnished Finder. The person I spoke with asked standard questions on property availability, pricing, deposits, utilities, floorplan, etc. I can't find a lot of reviews on the company outside of the testimonials on their website. The company does temporary housing for construction workers and displaced families/insurance claims. You lease to the company and they sub-lease to the occupants.

Curious if anyone has experience working with them, what your experience was like, and whether you'd recommend them? Alternatively, is this a scam?

Doesn't appear to be a scam.

There are many companies out there offering these services.

Would just be careful with how they want to lockup your property.

Most of these companies will lockup your property like a regular Guest, for a specific period of time.

Be careful if they want to lock it up for an extended period of time and rotate a stream of Guests. That would be an arbitrage arrangement and you'd want to get more financials on the company and/or its principle(s) before entering into such an agreement.
