Hey @Farzana Hossain . Here is the latest on the STR regs for Madera county.
A hearing was on Aug 18th, 2026. Did you attend? You can see the video of the discussion on the above site.
It looks like things are really in flux in that area so I might not drop a bunch of dimes there knowing things could go south.
