for anyone else struggling with deal calculators. I’ve been slowly building a free calculator partly because I wanted the calculations to be easier and transparent. If you’re willing to try it, I’d love to know whether the way I’m presenting returns makes more sense.

One thing I sought to fix was the manual data entry as I browse deals on the MLS, I created an extension that when clicked it will take the data from the mls and allow it to pre fill a deal in the calculator. Let me know if this tool is helpful or hot garbage. 😆
