New Realtor wanting to get started in Investing!

Hello All

I'm a local Realtor in Baltimore and i work mainly with Reo and Short Sale Asset managers but also work with buyers and sellers. I love listing Reo's but would like to get started in possibly purchasing some of my own properties but will need to use other peoples money. I just went to a seminar with Larry Goins in Bmore but did not have the $1299 for the course and i feel i know alot about purchasing low priced homes but really could use some education to get started. I just joined the local Reia group and looking forward to enjoying a long Investor career! Anyone looking to get on my daily Mls low priced home list, please contact me.
