Hi Ben

I'm a local Baltimore Realtor and just starting out with investing. So far I'm really enjoying this site and i know you will too. I know how to find deals and purchase HUD home's and I'm an Reo/Foreclosure agent so i know traditional financing but I'm trying to learn how i can purchase home's using someone else's money until i get a few deals done. Welcome aboard! If i can help anyone out, don't hesitate to ask.

Looks like a good deal! I'm just starting out in Baltimore but looking forward to learning as much on the Investor side as possible thanks to advice on these forums. I'm an agent in the Bmore area now and want to become a Realtor/Investor but in the learning stage now.

Thank you all for any advice you can give. I'm a bit nervous starting out but i know in the long run, it will work out. I love fixing up homes and can put some sweat eguity in my first few deals. I will need to use other peoples money, so any advive on that would be appreciated!

Thanks again!

Hello

I've been a Realtor for 8 years and finally want to learn more about purchasing properties with other peoples money to get started. I've helped numerous Investors over the years and now want to start buying my own properties. I'm an REO and Short Sale agent, so i do have access to properties before they get on the market. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If there are benifits from being a Realtor/Investor, please let me know those too. Have a great weekend everyone!

Hello All

I'm a local Realtor in Baltimore and i work mainly with Reo and Short Sale Asset managers but also work with buyers and sellers. I love listing Reo's but would like to get started in possibly purchasing some of my own properties but will need to use other peoples money. I just went to a seminar with Larry Goins in Bmore but did not have the $1299 for the course and i feel i know alot about purchasing low priced homes but really could use some education to get started. I just joined the local Reia group and looking forward to enjoying a long Investor career! Anyone looking to get on my daily Mls low priced home list, please contact me. Thanks for any advice on investing! I just listened to Lisa Phillips podcast today and it was great.
