Property management companies, St. Louis, MO
I have been burning up the phones trying to identify one semi-satisfactory property management company in St. Louis, with 0 success. Many companies won't touch something that rents for under 1k a month and I have spoken to a large collection of donkeys to this point. I've contacted between 10-15 pm companies and figure I'll need to call a bunch more.
Can anyone offer any recommendations for a decent pm company in St. Louis? If there's any that are rotten, please post it or PM me with it if you would be so kind.
I have checked out the list of pm companies on the site and will call a couple of them tomorrow.

I'm also looking to start investing in St. Louis. I agree that a property manager is probably the number one factor in investing successfully in real estate. I feel they are essential in that they generally have the "pulse" of the market. Would you mind passing on your property managers info? I would much appreciate it!
