My name is Kevin Hill and I have been in real estate over 12 years. I was a residential appraiser for 7 years . I switched over the sales side after I saw all the changes taking place and how it was going to be harder to make a living as an appraiser.

I found out about Bigger Pockets after hearing Joshua Dorkin with Jonathan Rivera on the 'Making Agents Rich' podcast. I have always wanted to buy and flip properties. I just started working with an investor client in Newark and we have our first deal together under contract. I just want to learn as much as I can so we can take advantage of the market conditions there and buy more properties.

Glad to see there is a reliable, trustworthy site on the internet for learning about investing that isn't run by a slimy, info commercial guru.
